SECTOR COUNCIL SEEKS INPUT ON RECRUITING EMPLOYEES
03/01/2010

The Canadian Supply Chain Sector Council is looking for input on how to define, recruit, and inspire supply chain employees.

The council is looking for input as it tweaks a new video created to help employers orientate new employees and boost the morale of existing staff.

Suitable as a conference opener or at career fairs, the three-minute video is quick-paced, and designed to capture “the essence of the supply chain in all of its variety and complexity.”

The council is also creating job profiles and is looking for unique stories from the field that will spark an interest in various supply chain roles.

Focus group sessions are being organized for Montreal (March 18) and Halifax (March 19). If you’re able to attend, please contact Beverly Myers, at 1-866-616-3468 or bmyers@supplychaincanada.org.
